• These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, orders, purchases, and services offered by Drapper Street (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

• By using our website, social media platforms, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Drapper Street reserves the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on our official platforms.

Products & Orders

• Products may be custom-made, printed, or personalized according to customer requirements.

• Minor variations in color, appearance, size, and print placement may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, printing techniques, or manufacturing processes.

• Orders will be confirmed once the applicable payment requirements have been completed.

• Drapper Street reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate operational reasons. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed on our website or official sales platforms will specify whether applicable taxes are included or charged separately.

• For prepaid orders, full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed by Drapper Street.

• We may accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets, payment links, or other payment methods made available at checkout.

• Any additional charges applicable to an order will be communicated where required before payment.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

• Drapper Street offers international shipping to destinations worldwide, subject to courier availability, destination-country restrictions, and applicable shipping regulations.

• International shipping is charged at USD $35.99 per product. This charge includes the shipping cost applicable to each product.

• International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

• Such charges are not included in the international shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers should check the applicable import requirements and potential charges before placing an order.

• Drapper Street is not responsible for customs clearance at the destination, including obtaining import permits, completing customer-side formalities, or paying customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for cooperating with customs authorities and completing any required procedures.

• Customs inspections, clearance procedures, import restrictions, or delays caused by customs authorities may affect delivery timelines. Drapper Street cannot guarantee clearance dates or delivery timelines in these circumstances.

• If a shipment is held, delayed, refused, or returned because the customer fails to pay applicable duties or complete required customs formalities, any resulting additional shipping, storage, return, or handling costs may be the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law and courier terms.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders and locations at Drapper Street's discretion.

• For COD orders, customers will be required to pay an advance shipping amount of ₹120 through a payment link provided by Drapper Street before the order is dispatched.

• The ₹120 advance is intended to cover the initial shipping cost associated with the COD order, particularly if the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the shipment.

• If a COD order is not collected, refused, or returned because of the customer's failure to accept delivery, the ₹120 advance will be used toward the initial shipping cost and will not be refunded, subject to applicable law.

• Drapper Street will not bear shipping costs for COD orders that are not collected or are refused by the customer. Any additional shipping, return, or handling costs arising from such circumstances may be charged to the customer where permitted by law and disclosed before the order is placed.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information and delivery details and remain available to receive their orders.

• Placing a COD order constitutes acceptance of this advance shipping payment requirement.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

• Drapper Street is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and other necessary delivery information.

• Drapper Street is not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

• Any additional charges arising from address corrections, repeated delivery attempts, or return shipments may be payable by the customer where applicable and disclosed.

 

Intellectual Property

• All original designs, artwork, logos, branding elements, product images, written content, and other materials created or owned by Drapper Street are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of our original intellectual property without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions for any artwork, logos, or designs they submit for custom printing or personalization.

Limitation of Liability
 

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drapper Street will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• Where legally permissible, Drapper Street's liability for a claim relating to a product or order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or order.

Privacy Policy

• We collect customer information, such as names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order details, as necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations.

• Relevant customer information may be shared with courier companies, payment processors, logistics providers, and other service providers where necessary to complete transactions or provide services.

• Customer information will not be sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protection rights, disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
