Do you ship across India?Yes, we ship pan India, with standard and express delivery options available at checkout. Shipping may be charged extra for Northeastern states, Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, and union territories.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?We usually take 36 to 48 hours to dispatch your order. Since every product is custom-made from scratch, it takes a minimum of 24 hours to complete the printing process—assuming everything goes smoothly in our dream production world! We always strive for the fastest turnaround without compromising quality.

What is your 3-R Policy (Replace, Return & Refund)?We offer a 7-day return window to ensure customer satisfaction. Replacement: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, just share the issue with 2 clear photos and a short video, and we’ll replace it free of cost. Return & Refund (No specific issue): If you change your mind, we accept returns with a ₹90 return shipping charge and a ₹30 restocking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 business days to your original payment method.
