Refund Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Free Exchange (Wrong Item Only):

• If you receive the wrong color or incorrect print, we’ll gladly exchange it free of cost.

• Be sure to contact us promptly with proof (photos/video) as outlined below.

Return & Refund (Other Reasons):

• A ₹90 shipping fee and a ₹30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• A short video and photos of the unboxing are required to process the return smoothly.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically credited within 5 business days after approval.

Exchanges (Different Product):

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you’ll need to:

• Pay the difference if the new item is priced higher

• If the new item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be issued as gift cards, for future use

How to Start a Return:

• Contact us at drapperstreet@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the item (including unboxing if possible).

Shipping policy for Returned/Exchanged products:

• General shipping policy is applied to all the Returned/Exchanged products.

• It takes 7-10 days to deliver exchanged products
