Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Free Exchange (Wrong Item Only):
If you receive the wrong color or incorrect print, we’ll gladly exchange it free of cost.
Be sure to contact us promptly with proof (photos/video) as outlined below.
Return & Refund (Other Reasons):
A ₹90 two-way shipping fee (for pickup and return-to-origin) and a ₹30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
A short unboxing video and clear photos are required to verify the product and process the return smoothly.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
