Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Free Exchange (Wrong Item Only):
If you receive the wrong color or incorrect print, we’ll gladly exchange it free of cost.
Please contact us promptly with proof (photos or video) as outlined below.

Return & Refund (Other Reasons):
A ₹90 two-way shipping fee (for pickup and return-to-origin) and a ₹30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

A short unboxing video and clear photos are required to verify the product and process your return smoothly.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Drapper Street reserves the right to accept or deny any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions or fails verification during inspection.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges (Different Product):
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product:

• Pay the difference if the new item is priced higher.
   

• If the new item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit for future use.
   

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at drapperstreet@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the item (including unboxing footage if possible).

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic Shipping: 4–5 days for metro cities, 7–8 days for other locations.
   

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
  Please contact us before placing your international order to confirm shipping options, costs, and applicable duties or taxes.
  Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging:
T-shirts are carefully folded and packaged in eco-friendly, durable mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
