Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Free Exchange (Wrong Item Only):

• If you receive the wrong color or incorrect print, we’ll gladly exchange it free of cost.

• Be sure to contact us promptly with proof (photos/video) as outlined below.

Return & Refund (Other Reasons):

• A ₹90 two-way shipping fee (for pickup and return-to-origin) and a ₹30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
   

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
   

• A short unboxing video and clear photos are required to verify the product and process the return smoothly.
   

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
   

• Drapper Street reserves the right to accept or deny any return request if the product does not meet the above conditions or fails verification during inspection.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5-7 business days after approval.

Exchanges (Different Product):

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you’ll need to:

• Pay the difference if the new item is priced higher

• If the new item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit for future use

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at drapperstreet@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the item (including unboxing if possible).

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic Shipping: Orders are delivered within 4-5 days for metro cities, and 7-8 days for other cities

• International Shipping: We ship internationally! Shipping fees and delivery times may vary by location. International orders are subject to negotiation—please contact us before placing your order to discuss shipping options, costs, and any applicable duties or taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
